Copper & Slim Sam Creeks - Summer 2025

Life table stem collection outing from Copper Creek in the Scapegoat Wilderness and Slim Sam Creek in the Elk Horn Mountains.

⛅ Mid 80s, mostly sunny.

I drove out to Copper Creek to collect yellow toadflax for my life table project. Then, on the way back, I went to my Slim Sam Creek site to collect Dalmatian stems. This site is close to my Hog Hollow site, which is just up the road a little further.
